Training - we provide in-house compliance training that can be general in nature or can be tailored to a specific topic. Training can be geared toward senior management, shipping department, engineering, sales, and/or customer service.
Topics include but not limited to: EAR, ITAR, NAFTA, OFAC, HTS classifications, documentation procedures, letter of credits and international transportation.
Export Compliance Program Development - a compliance program is written procedures of how your company complies with U.S. laws and regulations. It's not a template. We can assist in the creation of compliance manuals and tools for varying levels of business operations, from general to detailed.
